Send a secure message through your patient portal requesting cancellation with at least 30 days notice before your next billing date. Your benefits continue through the end of the paid period.
Membership fees are charged monthly on the same date you enrolled. For individual visits, your card on file is charged 4 hours before your scheduled appointment.

No — lab work, imaging, and specialist referrals are separate costs. We will order what is clinically appropriate and help you find the most affordable options in your area.
Yes — family plan visits are shared and can be used by any enrolled family member (up to 4 members, ages 7+).
No — TerryHealth is a direct-pay practice for patients without active health insurance. If you have active health insurance, we are unable to serve you at this time.
