Consultation-only pricing: All prices shown are for telehealth consultations only. They do not include the cost of laboratory tests, diagnostic imaging, prescriptions, specialist referrals, or any other services ordered during your visit. Those costs are billed separately by the respective provider or pharmacy.
Florida residents only: TerryHealth LLC provides telehealth services exclusively to patients who are physically located in the state of Florida at the time of each visit. Teresa Townsend, APRN-BC, is licensed in Florida only (License APRN2674692).
Your first visit to TerryHealth is completely free. This is a no-pressure introduction where you meet Teresa, ask questions about your health needs, and decide if TerryHealth is the right fit. No clinical treatment is provided at this visit.
A comprehensive first clinical visit for new TerryHealth patients. Teresa reviews your full health history, current medications, and establishes an individualized care plan tailored to your needs.
Regular follow-up for established patients to review progress, adjust medications, discuss lab results, and update your care plan. The backbone of ongoing ongoing condition management.
Feeling unwell? Schedule same-day or next-day sick visits for cold, flu, UTI, sinus infection, and other common acute illnesses. Fast access without the ER or urgent care wait.
Dedicated visits for patients managing complex or multiple ongoing conditions — diabetes, hypertension, COPD, heart disease, and more. Focused, thorough, and proactive.
Comprehensive primary care for patients 65 and older, with extra attention to polypharmacy, falls prevention, cognitive health, and the complexity of aging with multiple conditions.
Pediatric telehealth visits for established TerryHealth patients ages 7–17, added alongside a parent/guardian visit. Requires prior parent or legal guardian enrollment and written consent. Not available as a standalone visit — parent or guardian must be an active TerryHealth patient.

Select the appropriate visit type and pick from available appointment slots Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm ET.
Your card on file is automatically charged 4 hours before your appointment. Cancel 48+ hours in advance to avoid charges.
Click your appointment link in the portal up to 30 minutes early. Teresa will join and your secure visit begins.
After your visit, a signed visit summary with any prescriptions, orders, or follow-up instructions is sent to your portal.
All active TerryHealth patients can send secure messages through the portal. Expect a response within 24–48 business hours.
